ในวันสตรีสากล(International Women’s Day) ซึ่งตรงกับวันที่ 8 มีนาคม ของทุกปี เป็นวันที่ทั่วโลกเฉลิมฉลองความสำเร็จของผู้หญิงในด้านต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เศรษฐกิจ สังคม การเมือง และวัฒนธรรม รวมถึงการตระหนักถึงความเท่าเทียมทางเพศ (Gender Equality) และสิทธิของผู้หญิง โดยมีประวัติการต่อสู้เพื่อสิทธิแรงงานหญิง ตั้งแต่ปี ค.ศ. 1907-1908 และถูกรับรองเป็นวันสำคัญสากลโดยสหประชาชาติวันสตรีสากล

What does leadership in healthcare quality mean to you?
“It means leading with respect, dignity, and shared purpose. As a woman leader, I embrace co‑production, listening, honouring every voice, and strengthening systems to ensure Patient, Personnel, and People Safety and Well‑being.
